Coaching

Helping you to develop to fulfil your ambitions is certainly one of the rewarding aspects of any coaching relationship.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, qualified lecturer, and I hold a Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.  I am also an award-winning and respected specialist with extensive experience of working within complex L&D & HR management settings.

As a leader and coach, I work with executives and senior leaders to influence cultural change and have developed teams and individuals through the advancement of varying talent and learning strategies to deliver transformational change.

I think Nick understood what I needed better than I did!! He really listened and reflected back to me what I had said to make it clear what I should be working on.”

I coach leaders within the public sector, higher education, defence, and the NHS inspiring ways to enhance leadership capability. Whether it be to provide a safe space to offer challenge and support or to take an opportunity to reframe situations to offer more balanced insights which will allow you to reflect and look for creative solutions to ensure your leadership has an impact and take you to the next level.

“Nick’s sessions are a valuable space for me to share my feelings and responses to the challenges I am facing. They are always met with understanding and professionalism.”

“Having recently stepped up into a more senior role, Nick’s coaching has been instrumental in supporting my transition into a senior management role.”

Adopting a person-centred approach, I focus on your needs, encouraging you to explore an issue or challenge you have been facing, taking the time to help you develop your own plans, ideas, and conclusions.

“My awareness of my leadership practice became far clearer, allowing me to reflect more on my day-to-day responses to both my teams and to my own behaviours towards the challenges I face daily.”

“I really enjoyed the sessions and learnt a great deal about myself and how I work. Individuals who take the opportunity to participate in the coaching sessions must be prepared to embrace it and question their own ways of working. Really enjoyed it.”

I would love to hear from you and discuss how we might connect and work together.
