Programme Overview
Our Leadership Development Programme combines:

Self-directed pre-course learning
Face-to-face workshops
Virtual Action Learning set
Each module requires you to complete some pre course learning, attend a face to face workshop and complete a two hour virtual action learning set. You can complete the modules at your own pace.
Upon successful completion, you can opt to accredit your learning on this course through the University of South Wales and gain an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management. You also have the option to purchase additional coaching sessions to support your professional practice (additional fees apply).​
Optional Accreditation Fee. You must complete modules one and two and a short assessment to gain the accreditation.
